One thing you should know about the Chinese Year of the Snake is the meaning behind this 2013 is...steady progress and attention to detail. For this reason, all of the "Year of the Snake" shoes have and will be released have acute craftsmanship and very detailed oriented. Nike chose to use their Huarache Air Zoom 2K4 design which was originally released in 2004 to show their steady progression in shoe innovation. The "Year of the Snake" Nike Huarache without a doubt portrays a feared serpent once you lay eyes on it. A blood red upper encompasses the mainly leather sneaker which is brought to life with a matching red and blue snakeskin gold lined toe and heel. To top it off, these basketball kicks have the appearance of a snake's eye at the mesh ankle cutoff, the Chinese snake zodiac sign at the tongue, and a smooth white sole which resembles the glossy belly of those cold-blooded reptiles. As precise and well fabricated as snakes are, why not have that type of attention on your feet? Set to be released January 25th at select retailers and at Nike.com.

The dark knight of the Lamborghini family has finally started production. The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento was first seen two years ago at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, but went back into hiding until now. The Sesto Elemento is to be the lightest Lamborghini produced at just 999 kg which will in turn yield a power-to-weight ratio of 1.75 lbs per horsepower. To give a little perspective...the Aventador weighs 1575 kg and the Bugatti Veyron weighs 1880+ kg. So as a result of the extreme dieting...the Sesto Elemento can go from 0-62 mph in just 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 200 mph. At just 20 supercars, you'd have to be no one less than Bruce Wayne to afford one.
